For Customers

Once your order is assigned to a runner, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your delivery in the EzyRunners app under "My Orders" section. The tracking shows real-time runner location and ETA.

We strive to deliver on time, but delays can occur due to traffic or weather. You'll be notified of any significant delays. If a delivery is extremely late without valid reason, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit.

You can report issues through the app by going to your order and tapping "Report Problem". You can also use this support page to submit a ticket. Common issues like damaged items or wrong delivery are prioritized and typically resolved within 24 hours.

For Runners

Go to the Wallet section in your Runner app and tap "Withdraw". You can transfer earnings to your bank account or UPI. Daily payouts are processed within 24 hours, usually much faster for UPI transfers.

Try calling the customer through the app. If they don't respond after 3 attempts over 10 minutes, use the "Customer Unavailable" option in the app. You'll receive waiting charges for the time spent. Contact support if the issue persists.

Stay in high-demand areas (restaurants, shopping centers), maintain high ratings, keep your acceptance rate above 80%, and be online during peak hours (12PM-2PM and 7PM-10PM). Higher ratings and acceptance rates get priority in order assignment.

For Businesses

We offer a RESTful API for seamless integration. Visit our API Documentation for detailed guides. We also have SDKs for Node.js, Python, PHP, and Java. For custom integrations, contact our enterprise team.

We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets for prepaid orders. For enterprise accounts, we also offer monthly invoicing with credit terms. Contact sales for custom payment arrangements.
